Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

How to return

Write to us at contact@orbemi.com with your order number. We reply within 24 business hours with the return address. Send the complete product back, in its packaging if possible.

Refund

We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the return, using the payment method used for the order.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.

Defective or wrong product

If the product arrived defective or does not match your order, we replace or refund it at our expense. The legal guarantee of conformity applies (EU Directive 2019/771).
